Mindful Eating Habits – 4 Week Program – Begins April 23rd
Learn about earing mindfully, how the food we eat may affect our mood an tips for making healthy choices while shopping. We will also focus on understanding and exploring a variety of stress management techniques for taking charge of your stress with a guest speaker from the Dartmouth Community Health Team.
