Your Weight Your Way – A Healthier Weight for a Healthier You! – Fridays, Starting Jan 11 – 12 Week Program

This program is for people who are trying to achieve or maintain a healthy weight. Under the

guidance of health care professionals, you will take part in a group-based program that aims to

help you make permanent lifestyle changes. You will learn about how nutrition, physical activity,

your emotions, behaviours, and the environment affect your health. Call 902-460-4560 for more information.

A participant screening form is required at least 10 business days before the program start date.
