Reporting to the Site Manager / Director of Care, the Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) Nurse is accountable for the planning, development, implementation and coordination of the Infection Prevention and Control Program for both Ocean View Continuing Care and The Birches Nursing Home.

Hours of Work: The regular hours of work for this position are intended to be from 0800-1600, Monday through Friday. Given the scope and responsibility of the role, there may be occasions where it may be required to stay beyond this time period. On call availability/flexibility may also be required at times.
The successful candidate will be required to submit a criminal record and vulnerable sector check on offer of employment.
