Job Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Engagement and Accountability, the IT Manager leads and coordinates project planning, resourcing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, and troubleshooting.  The role of the IT Project Manager is to ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost. The IT Project Manager demonstrates leadership, plans for, and ensures the proper execution and delivery of IT projects on time and on budget. The incumbent monitors performance and recommends schedule changes (cost/resources) and solves technical and non-technical problems throughout the life of the project.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required
  • PMP or Project Management Certifications is an asset
  • Minimum of three (3) years of IT project management experience
  • ITILv3 certification is an asset
