Job Summary:

The Administrative Support Clerk reports to the Neighbourhood Manager and is accountable to provide administrative support to a neighbourhood area at Ocean View. Responsible for contributing to the effective operation of all administrative processes. The role is responsible to provide administrative support for key Teams and Committees and some human resource related activities.


  • Certificate/Diploma in Medical and/or Office Administration
  • 2+ years’ experience in a role that provides administrative support in a healthcare environment.
  • A solid foundation/knowledge of medical terminology
  • Proficient with the use of various software systems including Microsoft Office suite of programs.

Hours of Work:  The regular hours of work are intended to be from 0830-1230 Monday through Friday.  Given the scope and responsibility of the tole, there may be occasions where these hours may need to be altered.
