As part of the Resident Care Portfolio, the Scheduling/Support Clerk reports to the Site Manager / Director of Care and is responsible for all aspects of centralized scheduling and payroll submission for approximately 250 unionized employees. The Scheduling/Support Clerk ensures all staffing issues are brought to the attention of the appropriate Manager and all tasks are completed in a timely, organized and efficient fashion in accordance with Ocean View Policy, Procedures and existing Collective Agreements. This role also provides hands-on materials management functions which include, but are not limited to , the planning, sourcing, purchasing, moving, storing and controlling of all required materials.
